In Issue 28 of Creative Cardmaking I had an article about ways to use card with the following items. As it was a spring issue I have used pastel colours to reflect the season.
Firstly, I made a gift bag / box. I messed around for a while to come up with a unique fastening which involves a ribbon wrapped around the box with a little flower tag on the end. There is a magnet in the flower tag and also one inside the box so the ribbon snaps around the box keeping it closed. This wasn't mentioned or evident in the article when it was published so I have made some instructions for it.

A little mini book made using the Sizzix album dies, some Cuttlebug embossing folders with Coredinations cardstock and the Tim Holtz Baroque and Tattered Florals Sizzix dies. In fact, the same supplies were used for all the items.

A card. I made the shape of the card by cutting through a card blank using the Baroque die but making sure some of the spine was inside the die and didn't cut so that the card would stay together.
