I am still catching up with my Project Life blog posts so here is another one, I am almost up to date on the pages I have completed.
Week 5 was a nice week, we didn't do anything in particular, it was just one of those weeks that flowed nicely and was happy!
I used American Crafts Amy Tan Sketchbook papers for this weeks 'backgrounds'. I love these and I managed to pick up a big 12" x 12" pack of them from TK Maxx for £7 a few weeks ago.
For Week 6 I used some of Echo Park's Photo Freedom range including one of the page protectors with a 6" x 12" slot which I love! The papers are beautiful too, such lovely colours and designs and gorgeously heavyweight.
Week 6 was the best week ever! With Mark leaving the Royal Navy next month he has a little bit of a windfall coming to him and being the generous person that he is he decided to share the wealth and buy Mum and I a MacBook Pro each!! I was so excited about giving the one to Mum as we kept it as a complete surprise and she was speechless when I gave it to her!
I did quite a bit of stamping this week using some Amy Tan and Ali Edwards stamps. I used the Kerri Bradford Weeklies Silhouette files for my week title as I have been doing for all the weeks so far and various date stamps throughout (I seem to have a few of these and I love them!).
