Time for another Freebie I think :)

It's still the Easter holidays for us down here in Devon and the children don't go back to school until next Tuesday. I am beginning to long for Tuesday because I haven't had chance to get into a routine since Mark went to work in Saudi Arabia and it is driving me mad, I could have done with a couple of weeks before the holidays to sort myself out! The children are being good (ish) and are enjoying playing with their friends and visiting family but the constant noise is terrible and my kids just can't play quietly unless you let them on the PS3 all day and that is just not going to happen!

Anyway, I had these three cards sitting on my hard drive so I thought I would share them with you :) They have a 3" x 3" space perfect for your instagram shots!

Knitting | Sunny Bunny

What a lovely thought, no getting up for the school run for 3 whole weeks! It almost makes up for all the noise and mess. Saying that though, noise and mess means fun and memories and there is nothing to hate about that. I just have to remember that when my three little lovelies are driving me crazy and I am running aroung the house picking things up all day long :)

Sunny Bunny & Crew

So, in the spirit of Easter and because I have already given out a Project Life printable freebie this weekend I thought I would extend the love to my knitty friends and offer you a nice free knitting pattern.

If you want to knit yourself or a special little person a cute little Sunny Bunny to love read on.

This pattern can be knitted in the suggested yarn or in a DK weight yarn with size 4mm needles to make a larger bunny :)

Hello Sweetie!

I created this pattern about 18 months ago to knit some little friends for my children to play with as I couldn’t find a Bunny pattern that was exactly what I wanted. They have proved to be very popular, I have had friends of my children begging for Sunny Bunny so I thought I would share the love and make the pattern available.

The pattern includes instructions for a sweater and a dress so you can make a girl or boy bunny - or both!

1" Pom Pom Tail!

Oh, and don't forget to add a cute little tail. I used a fork to create a teeny pom pom and then fluffed it up with a teasle brush and sewed in on the rabbit! (I forgot to mention this in the pattern).

Project Life | Making Our Own Memories Freebie

Happy Easter everyone :)

We are very happy in our little house despite Mark going away to work in Saudi Arabia for months on end we are settling into a nice little routine and using FaceTime to talk to Mark each day is working really well, it feels like he is here :) We also got a nice new car yesterday and I had to go to the garage and pick it up which was fun, I have never picked up a brand new car before. I love my little BMW 1 Series, it's beautiful.

The children have finished school for the Easter holidays and already Charlotte is wandering around like she has nothing to do! Honestly, I have to stop myself from saying 'When I was your age...'. Amy is dressing in the most awful clothing combinations ever and refusing to change even when I say I am not taking her out of the house dressed like that and Ben is just geeking out on Minecraft and hassling me about the mouse being rubbish (it isn't) and that he can't do what he wants to do because....well all I can hear is 'blah de blah de blah'. The kids have, however, been little stars since Mark went away and their behaviour has surprised me actually :) Well, except Amy - she's being a pain!!

Here is a little freebie for you, it would be great for a wedding page but could be used for any layout really.

Project Life | 'Today' Freebie

Hi everyone, I hope you are all geared up for a good weekend.

I think we are going to be having a nice quiet weekend with a lot of family time because Mark is about to hand in his ID card which means he has officially left the Royal Navy and in just under a week he will be jetting off to Saudi Arabia to start his new job. Whilst we are very happy that he managed to get such a good job on leaving the Navy we are going to miss him like crazy! However, we have to look at it logically, he would have been going away if he stayed in the Navy too so, heigh ho, you just pull up your britches and get on with it don't you? It will make the time he gets home to us all the more special :)

Here is the freebie card that I promised the other day. It's a nice simple filler card, with a place for a little bit of writing and a gap for a date stamp, in an array of colours to suit whatever papers or cards you are using.

Knitting | Freebie Alert
